Office Manager
Vanessa Falcon is BHT’s Office Manager. She keeps the business side of the operation functioning by overseeing all personnel activities, bookkeeping, billing, and payroll. Vanessa has experience with Pasco County Public Schools as a substitute teacher and one-on-one aide. She headed volunteer, schedule, and donations at Land O’ Lakes Food Bank.

Jen Pridgeon is BHT’s Office Secretary. She handles all communications and records between our office, clients, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies.  Comfortable with all Microsoft Office software, Jen’s typing speed has been measured at over 100 wpm.

Cindy D’ Amours is BHT’s Intake Specialist. Cindy came to the company to help as needed, with business skills developed from experience as regional manager for Skagen Corp, as well as being the licensed community association manager of a beachfront condo. She matched her overdeveloped work ethic to growing office needs by expanding her skills, reviewing daily reports, and comparing details with other documentation.

Daniel D’ Amours, AS, is BHT’s Invoice Controller. Daniel completed his degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems at St. Petersburg College. He graduated Cum Laude, is a member of the international honor society Phi Theta Kappa, and is completing his bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of South Florida.

Tim Kraus is BHT’s Office Generalist. From assembling a play set, to delivering vital paperwork, when the office needs something accomplished with accuracy and care, Tim is the person we call. Prior to becoming BHT’s utility infielder, Tim delivered cars for Enterprise Rentals, and volunteered with the Boy Scouts. Tim was recently recognized as “Mr. Charitable” by HUG special needs outreach, and a Hometown Hero by Tampa’s Fox 13 for his work as the Humane Society’s “Cat Whisperer.”

Mary M. Fuller, Ph.D., LMHC, BCBA, NBCC is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Family Court Mediator. She began her professional career over 35 years ago as a behavior analyst for Mentally and Physically Impaired children. Dr. Fuller has over 20 years of experience in private practice providing treatment services for children, adolescents and adults. In addition to practicing ABA therapy, Dr. Fuller provides family systems, play therapy, psychotherapy, psycho-educational parenting strategies, and conducts consultations on child custody issues
Arthur Channer

Arthur Channer, Psy-D, BCBA-D, is a doctorate-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Channer has provided individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. He has two decades of experience working with people within the autism spectrum, profound mental retardation, as well as other mental health diagnoses. Dr. Channer supplied psychological services at a federal prison, assessing prisoners and providing treatment for mild to severe disorders.

Erica Bailey, MA, BCBA is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who began her career trained in Speech Pathology. Her previous experience includes acting program director of ABA Autism Services in Indianapolis, IN and working as an ABA Clinical Support Therapist where she provided direct therapy to children with autism in home, school, and clinic settings.

Christie Lynn Weaver, MS, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Ms. Weaver earned her Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and has been recognized by Alpha Beta Kappa and Psi Chi honor societies. Besides working as a case manager and direct care support staff, Ms. Weaver earned honors from the US Army for her work as Family Readiness Group Leader at both Ft. Bragg, NC and Ft. Drum, NY.

Karen Rose, MS, FL-CBA, is a Florida Certified Behavior Analyst. Having worked in the field of Behavior Analysis for more than 35 years. Karen was the Behavior Analyst Program Coordinator for Florida Mentor, and worked for Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). She also served on the Local Review Committee for Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, providing peer review to other behavior analysts regarding their behavior plans and service.

Debra Medina, MS, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Ms. Medina holds master’s degrees in Guidance and Counseling Education and Exceptional Student Education. She spent more than two decades as an elementary school teacher with an endorsement in Special Education. She worked in public schools as a counselor and Students with Learning Disability (SLD) teacher, serving both parents and children.

Mr. Helmbrecht holds a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and was inducted into the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology in 2012. Mr. Helmbrecht’s prior career was Document Development with American Stock Transfer & Trust.

Ms. Papanou earned a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance, is an author of three books, and is a Notary Public.

Neil Thomas, MS, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Mr. In addition to experience as a licensed massage therapist and eastern-woodlands naturalist, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and Theology. Neil is a woodcraftsman and builds stringed instruments in the psaltery family.

Angy Habashy, BCaBA, is a Board Certified associate Behavior Analyst. Ms. Habashy earned her degree in Health Services Administration. She is working on her MS in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has extensive experience both as direct care staff and administrator in group homes, helping special needs adults learn and improve living skills. Ms. Habashy speaks Arabic and Spanish, and has helped refugees and immigrants to the United States settle into their new country.

AJonathan Lugo, MA, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Mr. Lugo has provided mental health services in both clinical and educational environments, serving as a counselor at the Sheppard Pratt Hospital in Baltimore MD, as well as specializing in Special Education and reading. Mr. Lugo speaks both English and Spanish, taught English in Beijing, China, and was the lead teacher and director of the Smithsonian Institution’s STEAM Academy summer program.

Londa Wiggins, MS, RBT, is a Registered Behavior Technician. Ms. Wiggins holds a master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She also earned degrees in Organizational Management and Disabilities Intervention.
David Strobel

David Strobel, BS, RBT, is a Registered Behavior Technician. Prior to his duties at BHT, Mr. Strobel served the US and allied militaries as a trainer, a motorcycle safety skills instructor, a parachute systems developer and test jumper, and journalist in two wars as both a sergeant and a commissioned officer.  He was a team member of the first joint US-Indian mountaineering expedition of a major peak in the Himalayas.

Hanh “Jenny” Dang, BA, RBT, is a Registered Behavior Technician. Ms. Dang holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of South Florida, and is starting her master’s to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She holds a Nail Technician certification with the Florida Board of Cosmetology. Able to speak both English and Vietnamese, Hanh has travelled solo to Korea, Japan, and Vietnam.

Hannah Harris, BS, RBT, is a Registered Behavior Technician. Ms. Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University. A competitive synchronized figure skater, her team, the Crystal Edges, competes state-wide and has taken first place in every event.

We provide a wide range of Applied Behavior Analysis services and support for persons with behavioral and/or learning difficulties. The individual and comprehensive approach we offer to those with problematic behavior incorporates elements of Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology and Mental Health Counseling.

This unique blend of disciplines reflects our broad backgrounds, multiple licenses and certifications coupled with our extensive experience. Services are generally provided in the home, school, and community.
