Danielle Edwards, MS, RBT, is a Registered Behavior Technician. Ms. Edwards earned her degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, with her undergraduate studies in Communications. Her experience ranges from working direct care staff to firefighter.

Debra Medina, MS, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Ms. Medina holds master’s degrees in Guidance and Counseling Education and Exceptional Student Education. She spent more than two decades as an elementary school teacher with an endorsement in Special Education. She worked in public schools as a counselor and Students with Learning Disability (SLD) teacher, serving both parents and children.

Eleni Papanou, MS, RBT, is a Registered Behavior Technician. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Ms. Papanou earned a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance, is an author of three books, and is a Notary Public.

Erica Bailey, MA, BCBA is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who began her career trained in Speech Pathology. Her previous experience includes acting program director of ABA Autism Services in Indianapolis, IN and working as an ABA Clinical Support Therapist where she provided direct therapy to children with autism in home, school, and clinic settings.

Gina Polly, BA, RBT, is a Registered Behavior Technician. Ms. Polly is working on her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She holds a double major in Economics and English, and has been recognized for outstanding scholastic achievement in economics by Omicron Delta Epsilon.

Londa Wiggins, MS, RBT, is a Registered Behavior Technician. Ms. Wiggins holds a master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She also earned degrees in Organizational Management and Disabilities Intervention.

Angy Habashy, BS, RBT, is a Registered Behavior Technician. Ms. Habashy earned her degree in Health Services Administration. She is working on her MS in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has extensive experience both as direct care staff and administrator in group homes, helping special needs adults learn and improve living skills. Ms. Habashy speaks Arabic and Spanish, and has helped refugees and immigrants to the United States settle into their new country.

Mary M. Fuller, Ph.D., LMHC, BCBA, NBCC is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Family Court Mediator. She began her professional career over 35 years ago as a behavior analyst for Mentally and Physically Impaired children. Dr. Fuller has over 20 years of experience in private practice providing treatment services for children, adolescents and adults. In addition to practicing ABA therapy, Dr. Fuller provides family systems, play therapy, psychotherapy, psycho-educational parenting strategies, and conducts consultations on child custody issues
Arthur Channer
Senior Behavior Analyst
Arthur Channer, Psy-D, BCBA-D, is a doctorate-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Channer has provided individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. He has two decades of experience working with people within the autism spectrum, profound mental retardation, as well as other mental health diagnoses. Dr. Channer supplied psychological services at a federal prison, assessing prisoners and providing treatment for mild to severe disorders.

Karen Rose, MS, FL-CBA, is a Florida Certified Behavior Analyst. Having worked in the field of Behavior Analysis for more than 35 years. Karen was the Behavior Analyst Program Coordinator for Florida Mentor, and worked for Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). She also served on the Local Review Committee for Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, providing peer review to other behavior analysts regarding their behavior plans and service.

Richard Helmbrecht, MS, BCaBA, is a Board-Certified associate Behavior Analyst. Mr. Helmbrecht holds a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and was inducted into the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology in 2012. Mr. Helmbrecht’s prior career was Document Development with American Stock Transfer & Trust.

Christie Lynn Weaver, MS, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Ms. Weaver earned her Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and has been recognized by Alpha Beta Kappa and Psi Chi honor societies. Besides working as a case manager and direct care support staff, Ms. Weaver earned honors from the US Army for her work as Family Readiness Group Leader at both Ft. Bragg, NC and Ft. Drum, NY.

We provide a wide range of Applied Behavior Analysis services and support for persons with behavioral and/or learning difficulties. The individual and comprehensive approach we offer to those with problematic behavior incorporates elements of Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology and Mental Health Counseling.

This unique blend of disciplines reflects our broad backgrounds, multiple licenses and certifications coupled with our extensive experience. Services are generally provided in the home, school, and community.
